摘 要:概述了管线管成品管型质量要求趋势,引申出了提升UOE成型过程能力和过程质量水平的具体要求。按质量指标和工艺流程顺序,分析了钢管UOE成型过程中的预弯边成型压塌和焊缝区域栗凸、高钢级薄壁钢板U成型能力不足、厚壁钢板O成型无开口、扩后椭圆、直度和直径精度控制难点,借助有限元仿真模型进行了模具和工艺的优化设计,经过实践验证了成型能力和管型质量水平的提升。研究结果可为焊管成型规格拓展提供参考。The trend of quality requirement of pipeline pipe product is summarized,and the specific requirements of UOE forming process capability and process quality level are extended.According to the quality index and the order of process of UOE pipe forming process,edge collapse and peaking in the crimping forming process,insufficient ability to U-forming high steel level and light-wall steel plate,without opening for thick-walled tube after O-forming,the difficulty of the precision control of the ellipse,the straightness and the diameter after the expansion are analyzed.With the aid of the finite element simulation model,the optimization design of the mold and process was carried out. After the practice,the forming ability and the quality level of the pipe type were improved. The research results can be used as reference for the development of welded pipe forming specifications.
