摘  要:钢铁业处于产业结构关键性调整的关键时期,人口红利逐渐消散,而冶炼区域长期以来存在大量高危险的、困难的、危害健康的人工作业。由于钢铁业的钢液铁水飞溅、粉尘等恶劣工况,装备智能化程度较低。着重对连铸中间包区域钢水温度测量的典型工艺进行分析,通过对问题中所涉及的深孔精密自动接插的关键技术进行研究,开发出一套基于机器人技术的精密深孔自动接插关键装备,以提高作业效率、降低人工成本。The metallurgy industry is in the significant period of structure adjustment,the cost of labor force is keeping rising. There are lots of dangerous,difficult and dirty labor positions. However,due to the harsh working environment such as liquid metal splashing and heavy dirt,the equipment has low level of intelligence. Typical operation of the temperature measurement in the tundish area of the continuous casting process was analyzed. And the key technology of the automated inserting thin and long shaft into deep cavity concerning the operation was proposed. Key equipment of the robotic automatic inserting in harsh working condition was introduced,in order to increase working efficiency and decrease labor cost.
