摘 要:在对已设计好的某车辆传动轴中间支撑支架结构进行强度仿真和模态有限元计算时,发现该中间支撑支架与传动轴存在共振现象,并且此共振现象与台架模拟试验结果一样.经改进结构设计,重新进行强度仿真和模态有限元计算、及台架模拟试验和实车测试,结果表明,传动轴中间支撑支架的固有频率得到了提高,避开了传动轴共振频率,证明传动轴中间支撑支架的结构改进措施有效.Some resonance between a driveshaft bracket and the related driveshaft was detected through strength simulation and modal analyzing of the driveshaft bracket, which conformed to the result of the practical experiment. Based on this an improvement design was proposed, and the strength simulation as well as the modal analyzing were performed again, also the simulation test and practical test on vehicle were carried out, the results show that the natural frequency of the driveshaft bracket has a significant increment, which avoids the resonance frequency. It is concluded that the improvement design is effective.
