摘　　要：失效的疫苗固然可怕,更可怕的是公众对政府公信力失去应有的信任。本文以山东非法疫苗案为案例分析,此次案件为重大的公共安全风险事件,涉及面广,性质恶劣,不仅是严重违法犯罪行为,也暴露出疫苗质量监管和使用管理不到位、对非法经营行为发现和查处不及时、一些干部不作为、监管和风险应对机制不完善、信息不公开透明等突出问题,提出了对完善政府应对重大公共安全事件时关于信息发布公开的政策建议。Failure of the vaccine is terrible, the more terrible is the trust of the public credibility loss due to the government.This article expectations from shandong illegal vaccine case because of the Wide range, bad character not only illegal actions but also expose the Management does not reach the designated position and Information is not public.In order to get a relatively objective conclusion and to perfect the government on major public safety for the disaster of information release open policy Suggestions.
