摘　　要：宽城县取水泵站地质条件复杂,施工难度大,施工中采用了反导井开挖、分次扩挖等施工方法。通过取水泵站竖井爆破开挖工程施工,分析了竖井开挖的施工程序和施工方法,总结了反导井开挖、竖井扩挖、爆破参数、安全支护等实践经验,对类似竖井开挖工程具有实际指导意义。The geological conditions of Kuancheng County water intake pump station is complex, the construction is difficulty. The method of reverse guide shaft excavation and divided into expanded cut is applied in the construction. Through water intake pump station shaft blasting excavation, analysis of the shaft excavation construction program and construction method, the practice experience of anti missile well excavation, shaft expanded excavation, blasting parameters and security support is summarized, it has practical significance to the similar shaft excavation engineering.
