摘　　要：目的:以计划行为理论为指导,提出研究假设并探讨竞技体育行贿行为机制。方法:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法建立竞技体育行贿行为预测模型并加以验证。结果:竞技体育行贿行为意向对实际行贿行为直接正向预测、竞技体育行贿行为态度对行贿行为意向直接正向预测、竞技体育行贿主观规范对行贿行为意向直接负向预测、竞技体育行贿知觉行为对行贿行为意向直接正向预测的假设均成立。结论:(1)TPB模型能有效解释竞技体育个体层面行贿行为,为竞技体育行贿行为的防范提供了理论依据;(2)防范竞技体育行贿行为应从行贿行为态度、行贿主观规范、行贿知觉行为和行贿行为意向四个主变量入手有针对性地加以监管,进而达到良好治理的目的。Objective： based on the theory of planned behavior,to put forward the research hypothesis and explore the mechanism of bribery behaviors in competitive sports. Methods： establish and verify the bribery behaviors in competitive sports prediction model by using the method of questionnaire,mathematical statistics method.Results： the athletics sports intention of bribery directly positive predict actual bribery behavior,sports bribery attitude directly predict bribery behavior intention,sports bribery subjective norms directly negative predict bribery behavior intention,sports bribery perception directly prediction bribery behavior intention,all the hypotheses are valid. Conclusions： 1. the TPB model can effectively explain the individual level of competitive sports bribery behavior,providing a theoretical basis for the prevention of sports bribery; 2. to prevent bribery behaviors in competitive sports,the bribery attitude,bribery subjective norms,bribery perceived behavior as well as bribery behavior intention these four main variables should be measured,and supervised,so as to achieve the purpose of good governance.
