摘 要:目的:通过对山西省太原市城区部分儿童少年骨骼、身高和体重等机体发育指标的研究分析,探讨当地儿童少年骨骼发育水平与生活年龄的关系。方法:对217例生活年龄10~18岁的儿童少年的非优势手腕关节进行X光摄片,采用《中国人手腕骨发育CHN法》进行评分测定。结果:(1)骨龄与生活年龄呈正相关(P值均<0.05),测试者男女骨龄均值大于生活年龄;(2)7~11岁、12~13岁及15~17岁阶段女性骨龄均值明显大于男性(P<0.01);(3)男性和女性腕骨龄闭合时间平均提前1.8岁。结论:骨龄能连续评价儿童青少年的生长发育;太原市儿童少年骨龄发育有提前的趋势;体重超重或肥胖与儿童少年骨骼提早发育有相关性。Objective: to study the skeletal development of children and adolescents and discuss the relationship between skeletal age,height and weight. Methods: 217 cases took X-ray films of no- dominant wrists,all dates were scored according to the Chinese Wrist Skeletal Development Standard CHN and TW2 method. Results:( 1)skeletal age had a positive correlation with chronological. Male and female's chronological age was lower than skeletal age in most of the age groups;( 2) The skeletal age of females was higher than males in groups of 2. 7 -11,12 - 13 and 15 - 17 years old( P〈 0. 01);( 3) the average skeletal age about epiphyseal closing time have1. 8 years earlier. Conclusion: skeletal age can evaluate the growth of youth development,It is an important indicator for dwarfism screening. The children's skeletal age was significantly ahead of the trend in Taiyuan city.
