太原市城区儿童少年手腕骨龄评价分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对山西省太原市城区部分儿童少年骨骼、身高和体重等机体发育指标的研究分析,探讨当地儿童少年骨骼发育水平与生活年龄的关系。方法:对217例生活年龄10~18岁的儿童少年的非优势手腕关节进行X光摄片,采用《中国人手腕骨发育CHN法》进行评分测定。结果:(1)骨龄与生活年龄呈正相关(P值均<0.05),测试者男女骨龄均值大于生活年龄;(2)7~11岁、12~13岁及15~17岁阶段女性骨龄均值明显大于男性(P<0.01);(3)男性和女性腕骨龄闭合时间平均提前1.8岁。结论:骨龄能连续评价儿童青少年的生长发育;太原市儿童少年骨龄发育有提前的趋势;体重超重或肥胖与儿童少年骨骼提早发育有相关性。Objective： to study the skeletal development of children and adolescents and discuss the relationship between skeletal age,height and weight. Methods： 217 cases took X-ray films of no- dominant wrists,all dates were scored according to the Chinese Wrist Skeletal Development Standard CHN and TW2 method. Results：（ 1）skeletal age had a positive correlation with chronological. Male and female＇s chronological age was lower than skeletal age in most of the age groups;（ 2） The skeletal age of females was higher than males in groups of 2. 7 -11,12 - 13 and 15 - 17 years old（ P〈 0. 01）;（ 3） the average skeletal age about epiphyseal closing time have1. 8 years earlier. Conclusion： skeletal age can evaluate the growth of youth development,It is an important indicator for dwarfism screening. The children＇s skeletal age was significantly ahead of the trend in Taiyuan city.
