保护肛垫悬吊缝合术与传统分段外剥内扎治疗环状混合痔疗效比较

摘　　要：为探讨环状混合痔治疗彻底、肛门功能保护好、痛苦轻、疗程短的手术方法，将环状混合痔患者168例随机分为2组，每组84例。治疗组采用保护肛垫悬吊缝合术治疗，对照组采用传统分段外剥内扎术治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、术后疼痛、术后并发症及创面愈合时间。结果显示，采用保护肛垫悬吊缝合术同采用分段外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔相比，其临床治愈率无明显统计学差异（P〉0.05）。但治疗组患者在创面愈合时间、术后疼痛及其它并发症方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果表明，保护肛垫悬吊缝合术治疗环状混合痔可以更好地保护肛垫及其功能，减少术后并发症。In order to explore a procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids having such features as treatment complete,good protection of anus function,light pain and short medical course, authors＇ department divided 168 cases of this hemorrhoids into two groups randomly,84 cases for each; treatment group received suspension ＆ suture protecting anal cushion for treatment, meanwhile control group still received routine external dissection ＆ internal ligation for treatment;then,both group＇s clinical effect,postoperative pain,postoperative complications and the time for wound-surface healing were compared. As results, between two procedures there was no significant difference in clinical cure rate（ P 〉0.05） ,but in wound-surface healing time, postoperative pain as well other complications treatment group was superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that suspension ＆ suture protecting anal cushion can better protect anal cushion and its function,and reduce postoperative complication incidence.
