一期根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿98例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察一期根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿的疗效，将146例小儿肛周脓肿患儿分为2组，治疗组98例行肛周脓肿一期根治术治疗，对照组48例行肛周脓肿切开引流术治疗，手术后观察2组治疗效果。结果显示，治疗组治愈率为98．0％，对照组治愈率为81.2％，2组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组创口愈合时间为（12．7±1．8）d，对照组为（20．6±1．1）d，治疗组明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果表明，一期根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿具有治愈率高、创口愈合时间短等优点。This study was to observe the effect of infantile perianal abscess treated with primary radical procedure,divided 146 cases with this disease into treatment group（ n =98） and control one（ n =48）;the former received above procedure, meanwhile the latter received incision ＆ drainage for perianal abscess; then, both groups＇ effects were observed after surgery.As results ,the curative rate of the former was higher than that of the latter（98.0% vs 81.2%）,there was statistical significance in difference in curative rate of the two groups（ P 〈0.05）.The wound-surface healing time of the former was significant shorter than that of the latterF（12.7±1.8） d vs （20.6±1.1） d, P 〈0.05].Results show that primary radical procedure for infantile perianal abscess has such merits as high curative rate,short healing time of wound,and low recurrence rate, etc.
