直肠黏膜柱状缝合加部分耻骨直肠肌松解术治疗中重度直肠前突55例

摘　　要：为探讨直肠黏膜柱状缝合加部分耻骨直肠肌松解术治疗中重度直肠前突的疗效，对55例中重度直肠前突患者采用经肛门直肠黏膜柱状缝合，并行部分耻骨直肠肌松解治疗。结果显示，55例患者中，治愈43例，有效12例。住院时间7～10d，平均8．6d。经1～3年随访，未见复发。结果表明，该术式痛苦小，恢复快，住院时间短，操作简单，疗效确切。In order to explore the effect of a combined procedure i.e via anus cylindrical suture of rectal mucosa plus lysis of partial puborectal muscle in the treatment of moderate and severe rectoeele, 55 cases of this rectocele received above combined procedure.As results,in 55 cases,43 cases were cured, 12 cases were of response;hospitalization duration was 7-10 d,averaged 8.6 d;the follow-up of 1-3 years did not find any recurrence.Results show that selecting above procedure for rectocele may attain less pain and fast recovery, short hospital time of stay,and certain effect, and its operation is simple.
