自拟承气通腑逐瘀汤治疗剖腹术后肠粘连33例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自拟承气通腑逐瘀汤口服治疗剖腹术后肠粘连的临床疗效，将66例术后肠粘连患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组33例。对照组给予西药常规治疗，治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予口服自拟承气通腑逐瘀汤治疗，4周后观察2组患者疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为93．9％，对照组为72．7％，治疗组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结果表明，自拟承气通腑逐瘀汤治疗剖腹术后肠粘连疗效确切。This study was to observe the clinical effect of self-designed Chengqi Tongfu Zhuyu Tang（a Chinese medicine decoction） in the treatment of entero-adhesion after laparotomy. The 66 patients who suffered from entero-adhesion after laparotomy were randomly divided into control group and treatment one, 33 cases for each;the former received routine western medicine therapy,meanwhile the latter orally administered above self-developed Tang based on routine therapy used in the former; after 4 week-treatment, both group＇s effects were observed.As results, the total effective rate of the latter was significantly higher than that of the former（93.9% vs 72.7%, P 〈0.05）.Results show that above self-designed Tang has certain effect on postoperative entero-adhesion.
