腹部药熨疗法治疗老年肛肠病患者术后便秘

摘　　要：为探讨腹部药熨疗法对老年肛肠病患者术后便秘的治疗效果，将84例肛肠病术后便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用腹部药熨疗法对老年肛肠病患者术后排便情况进行干预，并与对照组进行疗效比较。结果显示，观察组患者的术后排便情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，应用腹部药熨疗法可有效改善肛肠病术后老年患者的排便情况，显著降低术后便秘的发生。This study was to explore the effect of therapy of drug-iron on abdomen for postoperative constipation of senior patients with coloproetological diseases.The 84 cases of this constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 cases for each; the former received routine therapy, meanwhile the latter again received above therapy of drug-iron on abdomen to intervene senior patient＇s defecation condition after the surgery of coloproctological disease based on routine treatment; then the effects of both groups were compared.As results,the defecation state of the latter was superior to the former （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that theray of drug-iron on abdomen can effectively improved postoperative defecation state of postoperative senior patients with coloproctological diseases, and significantly reduce postoperative constipation incidence.
