摘  要:等离子平板显示器(PDP)障壁的制作是PDP核心技术之一。目前国内电子元器件用玻璃绝大部分为含铅玻璃。随着现代社会环保意识的提高,含铅材料的应用越来越受到限制。障壁的制作主要取决于原材料和工艺设备,无铅、镉等无公害障壁玻璃的成功开发将形成产品技术壁垒。本文介绍了近年来国内外PDP障壁材料的研究进展,对其制造工艺的发展以及发展过程中遇到的问题做了详细介绍,并重点展示酸刻蚀法在PDP障壁制作过程中的运用。最后对障壁玻璃粉的性能要求作了阐述和分析。Fabrication of Plasma Display Panels (PDP) Barrier-Ribs has formed the core technology of PDP. Lead is a chemical element contained at large in glass for electronic elements nationally. With people's environmental awareness raising, lead-contained materials have been restricted increasing- ly. Properties of Barrier-Ribs are principally determined by the raw materials and the manufacturing equipment, and the success in developing lead-free, cadmium-free glass will form the technical bar- rier. The latest developments of material and fabrication process of PDP Barrier-Rib in recent years were reviewed in this paper. The development and problems occurred in the fabrication process were circumstantial described. And it has particularly introduced the acid-etching process in barrier-ribs for PDP. At last properties for Barrier-Rib glass powders were clarified and preliminarily analysed.
