农机互助保险及其需求影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文首先论述我国推广农机互助保险的探索实践,然后在定性分析农机互助保险需求影响因素的基础上,运用面板数据进行计量模型分析。研究表明:农机互助保险价格对农机互助保险需求有显著的负向影响;保费补贴、农机户人均纯收入、拖拉机和联合收割机动力占比、农机跨区作业面积、农机化作业服务组织人数对农机互助保险需求有显著的正向影响。为促进农机互助保险持续稳健发展,应降低其他农机保险费率,增加险种和费率档次,完善保费补贴政策。通过为农机跨区作业提供优质服务和发展农机化作业服务组织来帮助农机户增收。This paper discussed the practice of popularizing agricultural machinery mutual insurance in China, then methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis were used to analyse influencing factors on demand of the insurance. The results show that the insurance price has significant negative impact on demand of the insurance; the premium subsidy, the net income of rural household per capita, the power proportion of tractor and combine harvester, the cross-region operation area and the staff number of agricultural mechanization operation service organizations have significant positive impact on demand of the insurance. To promote sustained and stable development of the insurance, the following suggestions were put forward： reduce the premium rate of other type of agricultural machinery, add kinds and premium rate grades of the insurance,improve premium subsidy policy,help rural household increase income by providing good service for cross-region operation and developing agricultural mechanization operation service organizations.
