摘  要:基于先进制造环境的工业物联网要求,分析了工业物联网分层架构、跨层优化协议以及异构网络通用转换器关键技术,提出一种融合星状网和网状网优点的两层分布式混合的工业物联网新架构。然后配合网络层的路由控制,设计了具有可靠物理层、实时MAC层和自适应网络层的工业物联网协议栈。通过一种能融合多种无线和有线的异构网络协议通用转换构架,针对不同网络的设备转换调度模块灵活配置,实现多种有线和无线终端节点无缝接入。最后通过搭建工业物联网测控平台,对异构集成系统进行了协议转换和控制循环周期的测试,实验表明此系统达到了实时性与稳定性的要求。Based on advanced manufacturing environment of industrial internet of things (IIoT) requirements, the IIoT architecture, cross layer optimization protocol and heterogeneous network general converter key technology are ana- lyzed. A distributed IIoT architecture with two layers of combining advantages of stellate reticulum and mesh network is proposed. With the routing control of the network layer, the protocol stack of the IIoT is designed, which is based on the reliable physical layer, real time MAC layer and adaptive network layer. Through a variety of wireless and wired hetero- geneous network protocol universal conversion architecture, the seamless access of a variety of wired and wireless termi- nal node is achieved for different network equipment conversion scheduling module flexible configuration. Finally, the protocol conversion and control cycle of the heterogeneous integrated system are tested by building an IIOT measurement and control platform. The experiment results show that the system can meet the requirements of real-time and stability.
