摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊药房药品有效期的管理。方法:根据工作经验和药品管理的相关规定,对门诊药房各个环节药品的有效期管理措施进行总结。结果:通过实施科学的药品有效期管理措施,确保了药品在有效期内使用,保证了患者用药安全。结论:做好门诊药房药品有效期管理工作十分重要,可保证用药安全和减少损耗。OBJECTIVE：To explore the management measures of effective period of medications in outpatient pharmacy. METHODS： According to the work experience and the relevant regulations of drug administration, the management measures of effective period of medications in outpatient pharmacy were summarized. RESULTS ： Through scientific management of effective period, the medications were used in the effective period, so as to ensure the medication safety for patients. CONCLUSIONS： The management of effective period of medications in outpatient pharmacy is essential for ensuring the medication safety and reducing the wastage.
