摘  要:目的:正交设计法优选参耐颗粒的超声提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以黄芪甲苷和总皂苷含量为考察指标,以超声功率、料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,优选参耐颗粒的提取工艺。结果:参耐颗粒最佳提取工艺为加药材量8倍量60%乙醇,以100 W的功率超声提取3次,1次60 min。结论:该工艺简单、重复性好,可为参耐颗粒的制备提供依据。OBJECTIVE :To optimize the extraction technology of Shennai granules by orthogonal design. METHODS : By orthogonal design method, to set astragaloside and total saponins contents as indicators; ultrasonic power, solid-liquid rate, extraction time, extraction times were set as determination factors, and extraction technology of Shennai granules were optimized. RESULTS: The optimized extraction technology of Shennai granules were 8 times the amount of medicinal materials with 60% alcohol, 100 W power were adopted to extracted 3 times, 60 min for each. CONCLUSIONS: The technology is simple with good reproducibility, which can provide reference for the preparation of Shennai granules.
