摘 要:目的观察外周静脉血中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs—caP)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)及非冠心病人群表达的差异性,同时探讨IL-17、hs—CRP对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的病理基础。方法选取2015年7-12月于山西省心血管病医院住院的患者96例,其中冠心病患者76例(AMI组患者29例、UAP组患者27例、SAP组患者20例),对照组(HC组)20例。所有患者均于人院后f10N(或次日清晨空腹)测定血IL-17、hs—CRP水平,同时收集患者相关临床资料。结果IL-17、hs—CRP水平AMI组高于其余三组,差异具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);IL-17、hs—CRP水平UAP组高于SAP组、HC组(P均〈0.05)。相关分析中,IL-17与hs—CRP之间呈正相关(r=0.365,P〈0.01)。回归分析,使IL-17升高的因素有年龄、WBC;使hs—CRP升高的因素有高血压病史、LDL—C、WBC,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论炎症因子指标IL-17、hs—CRP在ACS患者中有差异性表达,提示ACS患者炎症因子水平增高,炎症参与了ACS的发生、发展。IL-17与hs—CRP具有相关性。影响血清中IL-17、hs—CRP的因素较多。Objective To observe the role of venous blood interleukin-17 (IL-17), high-sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) in acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and coronary heart disease stable angina expressing the difference to discuss the role of IL-17, hs-CRP in the pathological basis research of ACS pa- tients. Methods In total, from 2015 July to December, 96 patients with symptoms of coronary heart disease in Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital were recruited. All patients were divided into four groups: AMI group (n=29), UAP group(n=27), SAP group(n=20), HC group(n=20). All patients were blood at once in hospital or the after morning. The serum levels of IL-17 and hs-CRP were detected by ELISA method. Meanwhile collect all patients' clinical data. Results At admission, Serum IL-17, hs-CRP levels in AMI group patients were significant in- creased compared with other groups (all P〈0.05). The serum level of hs-CRP was increased in UAP group compared with SAP group, HC group (all P〈0.05 ). In the relation analyze, the relation between IL-17 and hs-CRP showed a positive correlation (r=0.365, P〈0.01 ). In the regression analysis, the factors enabling the higher serum level of IL-17 conclude WBC count. The factors enabling the higher serum level of hs-CRP conclude the history of hypertension, the level of serum LDL-C, the WBC count (P〈0.01). Conclusion The inflammation factors level such as IL-17, bs-CRP were obvious different in ACS patients, which may suggest the inflammation factors level were higher, inflammation may participate in the occurrence and the progress of ACS. The relation between IL-17 and hs-CRP shows a preferable correlation.
