摘　　要：物流园区及物流中心作为物流体系中的重要组成部分,其选址的优劣将直接影响物流成本及物流运输效益。本文在电商物流迅速发展的背景下,首先分析了国内物流发展的新趋势及新变化,以充分发挥物流节点的功能为目的,结合国内物流发展的趋势,分析了影响物流园区及物流中心选址的主要因素,从而为在实际规划中制定合理的物流节点布局方案提供一定的决策依据。Logistics park and logistics center are the important part of logistics system, and the advantages and disadvantages of location for logistics park and logistics center are direct impact the logistics cost and benefits. This paper firstly analyzes the new trend and new changes development of logistics in china under the rapid development of electronic commerce logistics. In order to give full play to function of logistics nodes, the influence factors of logistics park and logistics center are analyzed considering the new trend of logistics. And it will provide the decision- making foundation of logistics nodes planning.
