摘　　要：目的总结哮喘重度发作的护理干预体会。方法选择20132016年沈阳市胸科医院社区服务中心收治的哮喘重度发作患者47例，给予综合护理干预，比较干预前后圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）及生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分。结果患者护理干预前后sGRQ和GQOLI-74各条目评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以改善哮喘重度发作患者的呼吸状况和生活质量。Objective To summarize the nursing intervention experiences in severe attack of asthma. Methods Fortyseven cases of patients with severe attack of asthma from 2013 to 2016 were collected and given complicated nursing interventions. The scores of SGRQ and GQOLI-74 before and after the interventions were compared. Results The scores of SGRQ and GQOLI-74 before and after the interventions were different with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing interventions can improve the respiratory condition and life quality of patients with severe attack of asthma.
