脐静脉置管联合脐动脉置管在早产儿中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究早产儿的抢救与治疗过程中脐静脉置管(UVC)联合脐动脉置管(UAC)的临床应用。方法选择138例早产儿作为研究对象,通过对单用UVC及UVC联合UAC留置时间及并发症对比研究,讨论UVC联合UAC在新生儿抢救与治疗中的留置时间及并发症与单用UVC的差异。结果两组患儿置管相关并发症及留置时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论UVC联合UAC与单用UVC相比,相关并发症无明显不同,但加用UAC可避免反复动脉穿刺增加患儿痛苦,且操作方便快捷,可提高抢救成功率,节省医疗资源,临床推广价值较大。Objective To research the clinical application of the Umbilical Venous Catheters（UVC） combined Umbilical Artery Catheters （UAC） in the rescue and treatment of premature infants. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight cases of premeature infants were selected as the research object,through the comparative study on the indwelling time and complications of the UVC alone and UVC combined UAC,discussed the difference in them. Results There was no in statistically significant difference between them. Conclusion There was no difference between them. But UVC combined UAC can reduce the pain of the patients, easy operation, improve the success rate of rescue, save medical resources,there is a lot of sense in the clinic.
