抗Hp治疗对乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并Hp感染患者血清肝功能、IL-8、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗对乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并Hp感染患者血清肝功能、IL-8、IL-6的影响。方法选择101例乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并Hp感染患者,随机分成两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用抗Hp药物(雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊,阿莫西林胶囊,克林霉素,枸橼酸铋钾)。检测两组患者治疗前及停药4周后血清中ALT,AST,STB,IL-8,IL-6水平。结果两组患者治疗前血清肝功能、IL-6、IL-8水平均较高,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月复查血清肝功能、IL-6、IL-8水平,明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者肝功能及IL-6,IL-8水平较对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗Hp治疗可以降低乙型肝炎后肝硬化合并Hp感染患者血清中IL-8,IL-6水平,更好地保护乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者的肝功能。Objective To study the effect of anti-Hp therapy for hepatic function,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis combined Hp infection. Methods One hundred and one cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis in pa- tients with Hp infection were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given normal liver treatment,on the basis of control group,the treatment group received anti-Hp therapy for 10 days（ including rabeprazole enteric capsule, amoxicillin,elindamycin,bismuth potassium citrate）. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment in serum ALT, AST, STB, IL-8,IL-6 levels. Results The levels of hepatic function, IL-8, IL-6 in serum between the control group and the treatment group were higher,and the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant（P 〉 0. 05） ,one month after treatment, the levels of hepatic function, IL-8, IL-6 in serum were significantly lower than before clusion The anti-Hp therapy can reduce the levels infection,and it can protect hepatic function better. and IL-6 in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis comt）ined Hp infection,and it can protect hepatic funetion better.
