摘　　要：目的:建立大活络丸中麝香酮的气相色谱(GC)含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为19091J-413 HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);流动相为氮气,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),FID检测器;进样口温度为250℃;检测器温度为220℃。结果:麝香酮在0.12~0.72μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.23%,RSD为2.59%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制大活络丸制剂的质量。Objective： To establish an accurate method for the determination of muscone in Dahuoluo Pills by GC. Methods： The GC system consisted of capillary column： 19091J-413 HP-5 （30 m ×0. 32 mm, 0. 25μm）, with a mobile phase consisting of N2 and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, FID as the detector, The inlet temperature was 250℃. The detect temperature was 220℃. Results： The linear ranges of muscone was a good linear relation within the scope in the range of 0. 12-0.28 μg. The average recovery was 99.23% , RSD =2. 59%. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Dahuoluo Pills.
