摘 要:麻栗坝水库枢纽工程拦河坝为均质坝和分区坝,坝长1172m,基础是上第三系含砾砂土,为无限深透水土基,土的压缩系数小。通过方案比较和研究采用薄壁悬挂式混凝土防渗墙,结合三维有限元渗流稳定分析和平面有限元渗流计算,根据施工区的水文地质条件,开展工地现场试验,提出了切合实际的施工控制指标和混凝土配合比,成功地解决了复杂地质条件下拦河坝基础三维防渗和渗流稳定以及防渗墙适应地基变形的问题。5年的原型观测成果表明:防渗效果好,无应力计观测其应力无变化,防渗墙无变形变位。本文详细介绍了麻栗坝水库枢纽工程拦河坝基础混凝土防渗墙的设计和计算过程,旨在为相同地质条件下的同类工程设计和施工提供有益经验。The barrage of Mali dam reservoir project is a homogeneous dam and zoned dam. The dam length is 1172 m. The foundation is the Neogene system gravel sand. It is an infinite deep permeable soil foundation. The compressibility of this soil is small. The suspended concrete cut-off wall with thin-wall is adopted based on comparation and study for the scheme.It combines the three-dimensional finite element seepage stability analysis and plane finite element seepage calculation. The site test is conducted according to the hydrogeological conditions of the construction area. Put forward the practical construction control index and concrete mix ratio and successfully solved the three-dimensional auti-seepage and seepage stability of embankment dam foundation under complex geological conditions and the problem that the cut-off wall adapts to the foundation deformation. 5 years of prototype observation results show that: its anti-seepage effect is very good. There was no change in the stress observed using the stress-free gauge. The cut-off wall has no deformation and displacement. In this paper,the design and calculation process of the concrete cut-off wall of barrage foundation of Mali dam reservoir project is introduced in detail. It is intended to provide useful experiences for similar engineering design and construction under the same geological conditions.
