面部注射美容致局部皮肤并发症的救治

摘　　要：目的探讨面部注射美容后局部出现皮肤红肿、血运障碍甚至坏死救治的临床疗效。方法对132例面部注射美容后局部皮肤出现红肿、血运障碍、坏死的患者,采用整形外科技术进行护创、清创、防瘢痕治疗。结果对132例患者随访12~18个月,112例患者对效果满意,无瘢痕遗留仅有轻度色素沉着,16例患者遗留轻微瘢痕,4例患者瘢痕增生伴局部组织缺损。结论在面部注射美容术后出现皮肤损伤的处理过程中,整形外科技术的运用对患者面部形态及功能的恢复有很大帮助,能大大提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the treatment effect of local facial skin edema,hemodynamic disorder,and even skin necrosis after facial injection.Methods From February 2014 to March 2015,132 patients with local skin edema and hemodynamic disorder were observed.Among them,127 cases were injected with hyaluronic acid and 5 cases were injected with collagen.All of them were treated with plastic surgery to protect the wound,debridement,and anti-scar treatment.Results One hundred and thirty-two patients were followed up for 1 to 1.5 years.Among them,112 cases were satisfied with the results.There are no scar remains or only slight pigmentation.Slight scars occurred in 16 cases,and 4 cases were with scar hyperplasia,associated with local tissue defect.Conclnsion In the treatment of skin injury after facial injection,the application of plastic surgery has a positive effect on the facial contour and functional recovery.Plastic surgery treatment techniques can significantly improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
