不同程度脱发患者优势供区内毛发差异的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同程度脱发患者后枕部优势供区内毛发的差异。方法本研究共150例雄激素性秃发患者,按脱发程度将其分为3组(每组50例),利用毛发检测分析系统对后枕部优势供区进行拍照,并计算各组平均毛发密度、平均毛囊单位密度、平均根单比值、平均毳毛所占比例、平均毛发直径。结果第1组(脱发程度为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级):后枕部平均毛发密度为(129.8±12.0)根/cm^2,平均毛囊单位密度为(67.7±7.1)个/cm^2,平均根单比值为1.93±0.17,平均毳毛比例为(3.56±2.10)%,平均毛发直径为(0.092±0.009)mm。第2组(脱发程度为Ⅳ、Ⅴ级):后枕部平均毛发密度为(129.4±14.2)根/cm^2,平均毛囊单位密度为(66.7±6.6)个/cm^2,平均根单比值为1.95±0.22,平均毳毛比例为(6.09±3.23),平均毛发直径为(0.090±0.012)mm。第3组(脱发程度为Ⅵ、Ⅶ级):后枕部头发平均毛发密度为(119.0±15.0)根/cm^2,平均毛囊单位密度为(65.8±8.2)个/cm^2,平均根单比值为1.79±0.21,平均毳毛比例为(7.08±3.54)%,平均毛发直径为(0.078±0.008)mm。结论脱发程度越重,后枕部毛发变化越明显,表现为毳毛所占比例增加,毛发密度减少,根单比值降低,毛发变细,直径减小。Objective To evaluate the difference of hair distribution in the posterior occipital areas of hair loss patients with varying degrees of androgen alopecia （AGA）.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with AGA were divided into three groups according to their different degrees of hair loss.The hair detection and analysis system were used to take photos,and the average hair density,average hair follicle unit density,the ratio of hair number to follicular-unit （hair/FU ratio）,average woolly hair percentage and average hair diameter were calculated.Results The degree of hair loss in group one was Ⅰ to Ⅲ.The average hair density in the posterior occipital region was （129.8 ± 12.0）/cm^2,the average follicular unit density was （67.7 ± 7.1） FUs/cm^2,the average hair/FU ratio was 1.93 ± 0.17,the average woolly hair percentage was （3.56 ± 2.10）%,and the average hair diameter was （0.092 ± 0.009） mm.The degree of hair loss in group two wasⅣtoⅤ,average hair density was （129.4 ± 14.2）/cm^2,the average hair follicle unit density was （66.7 ± 6.6） FUs/cm^2,the average hair/FU ratio was 1.95 ± 0.22,the average woolly hair percentage was （6.09 ± 3.23）%,and the average hair diameter was （0.090 ± 0.012） mm.The degree of hair loss in group three was Ⅵ to Ⅶ,the average hair density was （119.0 ± 15.0）/cm^2,the average follicular unit density was （65.8 ± 8.2） FUs/cm^2,the average hair/FU ratio was 1.79 ± 0.21,the average woolly hair percentage was （7.08 ± 3.54）%,and the average hair diameter was （0.078 ± 0.008） mm.Conclusion The more severethe hair loss,the more obvious the hair change in the posterior occipital region.As the woolly hair proportion increased,the hair density decreased,the hair/FU ratio indicated thinner hair,and the diameter of the hair decreased.
