静置法纯化脂肪颗粒行面部移植的经验体会

摘　　要：目的探讨静置法纯化脂肪颗粒行面部注射移植的疗效及安全性。方法选取25例先天或后天性因素导致的额部、颊部、眶周、颏部、颞部等部位凹陷及形态不良的患者,抽取大腿内侧脂肪颗粒,进行静置、纯化等处理,超量20%~30%多层次、多隧道均匀注射于面部标记区域。每例患者注射移植1~3次,每次间隔3~6个月。通过比较术前、术后照片,脂肪吸收情况及患者自我评价等指标进行效果评价。结果 25例患者共86处注射移植部位,随访3~24个月,无脂肪液化、感染等并发症发生。结论用静置法纯化脂肪颗粒行面部注射移植填充凹陷、改善面部轮廓具有操作简单、效果满意、创伤小、患者易于接受的优点。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of autologous fat granule by the static method in face filling.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with depression or deformity of the forehead,cheek,periorbital,chin,and temporal regionwere collected.Autologous fat granules were harvested from the thighs anddealed with the static method and purification.More than 20%～30% fat granule was injected into the facial marking regions by multiple levels and tunnels.Each patient was filled 1 to 3 times with an interval 3 to 6 months.The efficacy was evaluated by comparing with the pre-and postoperative photos,fat absorption degree,and patients＇ self-evaluation.Results A total of 25 patients with 86 filling sites were followed up from 3 to 24 months.No fat liquefaction,infection,or other serious complications have been observed.The total satisfactionrate was 77.9%,and the basic satisfaction ratewas 20.9%.Conclusion The application of autologous fat granule by the static method in facial depression filling and facial contouring has a number of advantages,the operation issimple,minimally invasive,and achieved satisfactory results.It is easily accepted by patients,with an ideal effect.
