摘 要:目的了解2007—2015年吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州出生缺陷的出生患病率的变化趋势和流行特征。方法依据2007—2015年吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州出生缺陷监测系统资料,对出生患病率及变化趋势进行分析。结果 9年间共监测到围产儿110 635例,出生缺陷儿1 322例,患病率为11.95‰,呈上升趋势。出生缺陷患病率前5位分别是先天性心脏病、多指(趾)、总唇裂、神经管畸形、耳畸形。先天性心脏病和其他类别的出生缺陷患病率呈上升趋势。结论 2007—2015年吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州出生缺陷发生率呈上升趋势,与监测出生缺陷类型不断扩展及先天性心脏病诊断水平提高有关。Objective To describe the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of birth defects in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin Province between 2007 and 2015.Methods Data collected from the birth defects surveillance system in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture between 2007 and 2015 were used.The prevalence and trends of birth defects were analyzed.Results During the study period,1322 cases of birth defects were identified among 110 635 births,with a prevalence of 11.95‰.The prevalence of birth defects showed an increased trend during the nine years.The top five birth defects were congenital heart defects,polydactyly,cleft lip and/or palate,neural tube defects,and ear malformation.The prevalence of congenital heart defects increased steadily and accounted for a major proportion of total birth defects.Conclusion The prevalence of birth defects increased from 2007 to 2015.Improvement in diagnosis may in part contribute to the increase in congenital heart defects.
