摘　　要：为探索‘云烟97’在武陵烟区适宜的栽培行株距配置,2012年4—12月在重庆市武隆县出水村进行了田间试验,研究了行株距配置对‘云烟97’农艺性状、化学成分和经济性状的影响。结果表明,较宽的行株距配置能够提高烟株移栽后60天烟株的田间长势,其中行距120 cm、株距50 cm和行距120 cm、株距60 cm的表现较好。烤后烟叶中的总糖和还原糖含量整体偏高,处理组合行距120 cm、株距40 cm的烤后烟中部叶化学成分协调性较好。试验因素株距对产量的影响要大于行距,但是行距对产值和上等烟比例的影响大于株距,行距120 cm、株距40 cm产量、产值和上等烟比例表现最优。综合分析,在武陵烟区,种植‘云烟97’选择行距120 cm、株距40 cm较为适宜。In order to explore the suitable row-spacing of‘Yunyan 97＇in Wuling tobacco-growing region, afield experiment was conducted in Shui village, Wulong county, Chongqing City from April to December in2012, and the effects of row-spacing on agronomic characters, chemical composition and economic charactersof‘Yunyan 97＇were studied. The results showed that： wider row-spacing could improve tobacco-growingsituation at the 60 th day after transplanting, and row spacing of 120 cm×50 cm and 120 cm×60 cm performedbetter. The total sugar content and reducing sugar content of flue- cured tobacco were all higher, and rowspacing 120 cm × 40 cm could make a better chemical compatibility for middle leaves. Influence of plantspacing on yield was greater than that of row spacing, but influence of row spacing on output value and highgrade leaf proportion was greater than that of plant spacing, Comprehensive analysis showed that in Wulingtobacco-growing region, the suitable planting spacing of‘Yunyan 97＇was row spacing 120 cm× plant spacing40 cm.
