摘 要:对DL05电缆钢晶粒度、酸溶铝含量、导电率之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,钢中酸溶铝含量对晶粒大小控制有很大作用。该钢酸溶铝含量越低,晶粒度越小,晶粒越粗大,导电率越高。采取稳定操作,加强出钢挡渣操作,并根据钢液终点氧含量加铝工艺,确定合适的加铝量,在RH脱碳后适当降低钢液温度,减少脱氧加铝量等措施将Al控制在0.01%以下,抽样观测晶粒度均为6级,导电率稳定性得到较大提高。The relationship among grain size, acid-soluble aluminum content and electrical conductivity of DL05 cable steel was studied. The results show that acid-soluble aluminum has a great effect on the grain size, and the lower acid-soluble aluminum content is, the smaller grain size is, the higher the electrical conductivity will be. Through using the measures including adopting stable operation, strengthening the operation of tapping blocking steel slag, the appropriate amount of Al by the technology of adding Al on the ending oxygen content is determined. Appropriately reducing the molten steel temperature and the amount of Al adding after RH decarbonization, the content of aluminum is controlled below 0.01%. The results of sampling observation show that the grain size is 6 grade, and it is available to improve the stability of electrical conductivity.
