摘  要:对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu高强铝合金进行了多向锻造及时效处理,测试了力学和抗晶间腐蚀性能。结果表明:合金经多向锻造并时效后,抗晶间腐蚀性能和强度都得到改善。与T6、T73和RRA(回归再时效)处理相比,多向锻造及时效后,合金的腐蚀程度最轻,其导电率分别提高了15.89%、0.95%、6.33%;抗拉强度分别提高了6.14%、18.76%、8.28%。Multi-direction forging and aging treatment of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu high strength aluminum alloy were carried out. Mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that the resistance to intergranular corrosion and strength of the alloy are improved after multi-direction forging and aging treatment. Compared with T6, T73 and RRA (Regression and re-aging) treatment, the corrosion degree of the alloy after multi-direction forging and aging treatment is the lightest, the conductivities of the alloy are increased by 15.89%, 0.95%, 6.33%, and the tensile strength is increased by 6.14%, 18.76%, 8.28%, respectively.
