摘  要:对Al-12Si-0.5In新型建筑储能材料进行了不同温度的热处理,并进行了力学性能和耐久性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随热处理温度从300℃提高至430℃,材料的力学性能和耐久性能均先提高后下降。与未经热处理的材料相比,380℃热处理的材料抗拉强度增加53 MPa,屈服强度增加67 MPa,断后伸长率增加8.1%,抗压强度增加140MPa在耐久试验后的质量变化率减小13.6%。Al-12Si-0.5In新型建筑储能材料的热处理温度优选为380℃。The heat treatment of Al-12Si-0.5In new building energy storage material at different temperatures was carried out. And its mechanical properties and durability were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature from 300 ℃ to 430 ℃, the mechanical properties and durability of the material increase firstly and then decrease. Compared with the untreated material, the tensile strength of Al-12Si-0.5ln material after heat treatment at 380 ℃ increases by 53 MPa, the yield strength increases by 67 MPa, the elongation increases by 8.1%, compressive strength increases by 140 MPa and the change rate of mass decreases by 13.6% after durability test. The optimized heat treatment temperature of Al-12Si-0.5 new building energy storage material is 380 ℃.
