摘  要:针对某型号柴油机连杆强度和硬度匹配性差的问题,通过正交试验研究了34CrNiMo6钢连杆淬火回火热处理工艺,分析了不同工艺参数(淬火冷却介质、冷却时间、回火温度、回火时间等)对零件淬火、回火后的金相组织、硬度及力学性能的影响,得出了优化的热处理工艺参数。结果表明,影响34CrNiMo6钢连杆强度与硬度重要程度的因素次序是:回火温度最大,回火时间和淬火冷却介质其次,冷却时间最小。使用优化的工艺参数能使材料强度和硬度很好地匹配,满足柴油机连杆要求。Aiming at the problem of poor matching of strength and hardness of a certain diesel engine connecting rod, the quenching and tempering process of 34CrNiMo6 steel connecting rod were studied by orthogonal test. The effects of different process parameters (quenching medium, cooling time, tempering temperature and tempering time) on the microstructure, hardness and mechanical properties of the parts after quenching and tempering were analyzed. The optimized heat treatment process parameters were obtained. The results show that the order of factors affecting the strength and hardness of 34CrNiMo6 steel connecting rod is: tempering temperature the maximum, tempering time and quenching medium the second, and the minimum cooling time the minimum. Using the optimized process parameters, the strength and hardness of the material can be well matched, which meets the requirements of the diesel engine connecting rods.
