摘　　要：文章在综合辨析控制适用经济犯罪死刑可行性和必要性的基础上,试就经济犯罪控制适用死刑提出对策建议,以期为完善我国刑罚体系有所裨益。Based on the comprehensive analysis of economic crime control apply the death penalty,on the basis of feasibility and necessity, tries to death penalty for economic crime control put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to improve the penalty system in our country.
