摘　　要：卧辊磨作为一种新型的粉磨设备,巧妙地结合了辊压机和球磨机的优点,但传统的粉磨工艺流程制约着卧辊磨性能发挥。本文分析了卧辊磨原系统工艺、设备配置存在的问题,提出卧辊磨工艺改进的设计,从根本上解决粉磨效率低,循环负荷率高,系统台时产量低等问题。As a new type of grinding equipment, the horizontal roller mill taking the advantages of roller press and ball mill. But the traditional grinding process restricts the performance of horizontal roller mill.The thesis analyses problems of original process and equipment configuration, and propose the design of horizontal roller mill＇s process improvement. Solve the problem of low grinding efficiency, high circulation rate and low system production fundamentally.
