摘　　要：总结了我国自然科学外国教材资源的发展现状和特点,分析当前面临的四大问题:学科覆盖不够全面、经费不足导致购买力下降、文献保障率不高且学科差距明显、服务影响力弱化;指出高等教育国际化要求、师生的实际需求、全国外文文献保障系统建设需要是其可持续发展的动力因素,并从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出持续发展策略,即:调整布局,加大投入,优化顶层设计;加强协调,强化管理,注重绩效评估;理顺思路,以研促建,重视数据共享。The article gives an overview of the current status and characteristics of the Foreign Teaching Materials Centers of the Ministry of Education, points out the 4 existing problems on subject coverage, funds input, quantity and structure of foreign books, and service effects. It analyzes that the internationalization of higher education, needs from faculties and students, requirement for resource sharing system on foreign book for nature sciences are the driving forces of its sustainable development, and puts forward several strategies from the macroscopic, middle and microcosmic levels. -~
