摘　　要：总结了数字环境下文献传递模式的演化。在概述国内外文献传递服务法律规制的基础上,分析国内开展的各种文献传递服务模式涉及著作权的合规性。据此,结合国外的先进经验,提出国内规范开展文献传递服务的策略。In this paper, the evolution of document delivery paterns is summarized in the digital environment. Based on the overview of legal regulations of domestic and international document delivery service, the paper also analyzes the compliance copyright involved in each of document delivery service patterns in China. Accordingly, combining with the advanced foreign experience, the development strategies of document delivery service are given for conducting such work in a systematic and standard way in China.
