摘　　要：在目前的临床实际工作中，“营养筛查-营养评定-营养干预”是营养支持疗法的基本步骤。营养筛查和营养评定是两个不同的概念。但是，许多临床工作者仍将两者混淆，这可能影响对患者的规范化营养支持疗法的开展。本文对营养风险筛查和营养评定的理念、自身特点、互补性等内容进行分析研讨。Nutritional support therapy includes three main components： nutritional screening, nutritional assessment, and nutritional intervention. It is important to emphasize that nutritional screening and nutritional assessment are two different concepts and definitions, which are often confusing for many physicians, nurses, and dietitians. In this review, we present an overview on the main concepts about nutritional screening and nutritional assessment, highlight their features and complementarity, and discuss the future perspectives in the clinical practice.
