外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Th17指标与梅毒的关系探究

摘　　要：目的:探究外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Th17指标与梅毒的关系。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年12月于本院进行诊治的63例梅毒患者为观察组,63名同龄健康体检者为对照组,然后将两组的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群指标及血清Th17指标进行分别检测与比较,并比较观察组中不同分期与TRUST滴度梅毒患者的上述指标检测结果,另采用Logistic分析外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Th17指标与梅毒的关系。结果:观察组的NK细胞均低于对照组,其他外周血T淋巴细胞亚群指标及血清Th17指标均高于对照组,且观察组中不同分期及TRUST滴度梅毒患者的上述指标检测结果也存在明显差异;采用Logistic分析显示,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Th17指标均与梅毒有密切的关系,P均<0.05。结论:外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及Th17指标均与梅毒有密切的关系,因此对梅毒患者进行上述指标的检测价值较高。Objectives： To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,Th17 indexes and syphilis. Methods： 63 patients with syphilis in our hospital from February 2014 to December2015 were selected as observation group,and 63 healthy persons of the same ages receiving physical examination at the same time were selected as control group. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum Th17 indexes of the two groups were respectively detected and compared,and the detection results of those indexes of observation group with different stages and TRUST titer of syphilis were compared. Then the relationship between peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,Th17 indexes and syphilis were analyzed with Logistic analysis method. Results： The NK cell of observation group was lower than that of control group. Other peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum Th17 indexes were all higher than those of control group. And the detection results of those indexes of observation group with different stages and TRUST titer of syphilis had obvious differences. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and Th17 indexes all had close relationship with syphilis,all P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and Th17 indexes all have close relationship with syphilis,so the detection value of those indexes in patients with syphilis are high.
