传统药物流产联合清宫术在妊娠早期终止妊娠中临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨传统药物流产联合清宫术在妊娠早期终止妊娠中的临床效果,为临床提供参考。方法:将2015年1月至2015年12月入本院治疗的120例孕妇随机分为两组,对照组孕妇实行传统药物流产的方法,对治疗组孕妇实行传统药物流产协同清宫术的方法。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效以及日后生育质量。结果:对照组完全流产率为20.34%,治疗组为98.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组孕妇临床疗效优于对照组,治疗组患者平均出血量明显低于对照组,平均出血时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者满意度高于对照组。结论:传统药物流产联合清宫术在妊娠早期终止妊娠中临床效果显著优于单独采用传统药物,可在临床推广使用。Objectives： To study the clinical effectiveness of traditional medical abortion combined with curettage in termination of early pregnancy. Methods： 120 pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by traditional medical abortion,and the treatment group was treated by traditional medical abortion combined with curettage. The clinical efficacy and fertility of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： In control group,complete abortion rate was20. 34% and it was 98. 36% in the treatment group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group,average amount of bleeding of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the average bleeding time treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The patient satisfaction of treatment group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional medical abortion combined with curettage is significantly better than traditional medical abortion alone,thusly worthy of clinical application in early pregnancy termination.
