摘　　要：随着物联网技术的发展,社区医疗与家庭远程监护管理的结合成为当前的一个研究热点。采用物联网技术,结合智能软件,设计社区医院心血管患者的远程监护管理信息系统,实现对病人的智能化定位、监控和管理,给社区居民的医疗和监护提供方便。运用远程监护管理信息系统,社区医院能够对心血管患者进行远程实时监护,提高生活质量,节约患者住院的费用。系统具有抗干扰能力强,功耗低的优点,具有较好的应用价值。本系统的应用实践结果表明,系统稳定,系统在社区医院远程监护管理方面的应用与发展前景广阔。With the development of Internet of Things（IOT） technology,the combination of the community health care and the family remote monitoring management has become a hot research topic.Adopting IOT technology and intelligent software technology,the paper designs the remote monitoring and management information system for cardiovascular patients in the community hospital,which facilitates the medical treatment and case of the community residents through intelligent positioning,monitoring and management.With the remote monitoring and management information system,the community hospital can implement remote real-time monitoring for cardiovascular patients,which improves their quality of life and reduces their hospitalization expenses.With good resistance to interference and low power consumption,the system has good application value.The experiment results show that the system has good stability and broad prospects for widespread application in community hospitals.
