摘  要:喷雾冷却是一种高热流密度的冷却方式,按传热机理的不同可以分为单相区和两相区。针对单相区,建立三维传热模型,利用CFD仿真技术对喷雾冷却过程进行数值模拟,并研究了喷雾的高度、流量密度等参数对喷雾冷却传热性能的影响规律。结果显示:当传热稳定时,传热面温度由圆心沿径向逐渐增高,并且随喷雾流量密度的增大,温度分布的均匀性变差;保持喷雾作用面积不变,增大喷雾流量或减小喷雾高度,喷雾的传热能力显著增强;数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合,验证了该模型的可靠性,可为喷雾冷却系统的设计、优化提供依据。Mechanisms of heat transfer in spray cooling application can be divided into single phase and two phase regions due to generating high heat flux.Numerical cooling process is achieved using 3D heat transfer model for single phase region.Then,heat transfer characteristics are studied for different variable parameters such as spray height and flow density.The result shows that when system is stable,the temperature on the surface has nonlinear growth along radical direction,and the temperature uniformity becomes worse with higher mass flux.A noticeable result of enhancing heat transfer on a fixed target area is adopted when increasing mass flux or reducing spray height.Simulation results are in an agreement with the experimental data in literature which verify the reliability of the model and provide spray cooling system design and optimization principles.
