摘　　要：老年性支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）因其临床症状与体征常不典型，其诊断通常很困难且容易误诊。由于老年患者自我管理能力差、合并症多、药物效果差及毒副作用等原因，其治疗上仍有很多不同之处。日前老年性哮喘相关的研究不多，因此本文将从老年性哮喘的特点、诊断和治疗的进展等方面进行综述。Clinical symptom and physical sign are often atypical in older asthmatics so that it is difficult to diagnosis and easily misdiagnosed. There are many differences in treatment of bronchial asthma in the elderly due to the poor self management, comorbid conditions, poor drug effects and side effects. Only a few studies have reported the characteristics of asthma in the elderly patients. Hence, we review the characteristics and the progress of diagnosis and treatment of asthma in the elderly.
