延安时期中共领袖红色家风建设研究

摘　　要：延安时期中共领袖群体的红色齐家实践,构建了影响深远、极富意义的红色家风,内容主要有:崇德,即报效祖国、服务人民;敬重,即敬父母、重长辈;尚俭,即以勤俭为荣;严格,即不要搞特殊化;勤勉,即学习与做事都要奋斗;诚朴,即诚恳朴实,决不造作。这一红色家风,呈现出了目标引领的崇高性、不谋私利的廉洁性、知行合一的示范性、家风与党风的相溶性、继承与超越相统一的创新性等基本特征。在新的历史条件下,深入弘扬这一红色家风对于全面加强党的建设,尤其是对于推进党员领导干部的新型家风建设具有重要启示意义。In the period of Yah＇an, the family-regulating practices of the red CPC leaders have formed the far-reaching and very meaningful red family traditions. The main contents are： patriotism, that is, serve the motherland and the people; respect, that is, respect parents and the old; thrift, that is, be proud of thrift; austerity, that is, no privileges; diligence, that is, work hard for learning and other things; honesty, that is, be sincere and not affected. This red family tradition is a guiding objective with a lofty nature, shows integrity and unselfishness, has a demonstration effect with the unity of knowledge and practice, integrates family＇s style and the Party＇s style of work, and builds on the past. Under the new historical conditions, it is of great significance to carry forward this red family tradition for comprehensively strengthening the Party building, especially for promoting the new family regulating practices of the high-level Party leading officials today
