摘　　要：为了探明影响淫羊藿结实的内在因素,以朝鲜淫羊藿为试验材料,研究了朝鲜淫羊藿雌蕊与雄蕊的相对位置特征,测定了不同开花状态的花粉活力、柱头可授性,调查了不同授粉方式下的结实情况。结果表明:朝鲜淫羊藿雌蕊长于雄蕊,雌雄异熟、花粉活力差异较大,结合人工套袋和授粉试验结果,可以确定朝鲜淫羊藿的繁育系统属于专性异交为主,朝鲜淫羊藿自然传粉的结实率要显著低于人工异花授粉。In order to find out the intrinsic factors of influencing fruit setting in Epimediumspecies,Epimedium koreanum Nakai was used as material.The position characteristics of pistil and stamen,pollen viability and stigma receptivity were analyzed in different blooming stages.Different pollination methods were studied on fruit setting rate of Epimedium koreanum Nakai.The results showed that the pistils were longer than the stamens,the pollen viabilities were different among different stages of blooming.A breeding experiment also indicated that Epimedium koreanum Nakai was obligate xenogamy.And natural pollination flowers of Epimedium koreanum Nakai produced significantly less fruits than the artificial cross-pollination flowers.
