摘  要:目的:对不同产地党参药材及其水提物的红外指纹图谱进行比较分析,说明党参的红外光谱特点。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)分析方法,采集党参药材及水提物的红外光谱,对光谱进行双指标序列分析。结果:7个产地党参药材的红外图谱在3 385、2 929、2 360、1 734、1 541、1 507、1 456、1 250、870、818、778、668 cm^(-1)附近有12个共有峰,主要对应党参中的多糖、党参苷、内酯类等成分。以陵川党参为对照,得到原药材的平均共有峰率为72.74%,水提物的平均共有峰率为58.54%,其中原药材中壶关党参与陵川党参的关系最为接近。结论:FTIR图谱分析可为党参的鉴定及质量控制提供补充。Objective:To find out characteristics of Codonopsis Radix's infrared spectroscopy by comparing and analyzing infrared fingerprints of Codonopsis Radix from different habitats and their aqueous extracts. Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectra of the crude drugs and their aqueous extracts were collected. Then the spectra were processed by dual index sequence analysis. Results:FTIR spectra of Codonopsis Radix from 7 different habitats had 12 common peaks at 3 385,2 929,2 360,1 734,1 541,1 507,1 456,1 250,870,818,778 and 668 cm(-1),which corresponded to components such as polysaccharides,dangshen glycosides and lactone,etc.With Lingchuan Codonopsis Radix as the control group,the original group's common peak ratio received was 72.74%,the aqueous extract group's common peak ratio was 58.54%,and Codonopsis Radix of Lingchuan and Huguan had the closest relationship in similarity.Conclusion: The analysis of FTIR spectra could provide supplement for the identification and quality control of Codonopsis Radix.
