我国高校图书馆决策支持服务的调查与思考

摘　　要：为学校行政管理部门提供信息分析和决策支持服务,是图书馆发挥人才优势、创新服务内容、展示服务价值、提高影响力的机会。文章阐述了决策支持服务的定义、特色、与学科服务的联系与区别等,通过对国内部分高校图书馆开展的决策支持服务的调查分析,将该服务归纳为以科研数据整合为主的基础数据服务、以事实查询为主的进阶检索服务、以综合研究报告为主的全面分析服务和以前沿预测为主的深层挖掘服务四个层次,最后指明了决策支持服务后续发展的方向和重点,为更多的图书馆开展相关服务,促进图书馆工作的转型和发展提供思路。Providing information analysis and decision-making support service for administrative departments in university is a innovative direction of academic library, and it is the opportunity for library to show its advantages of talent and value of services in order to enhance its influence. In this paper, we describe the definition and features of decision-making support service, and its relationship and difference with subject service. Through the investigation and analysis of some university libraries in China, we summarize the decision-making support service as four levels, such as basic service with data collecting and integration, advanced service with facts query, comprehensive service with analysis report, and data mining service for academic frontier exploration. In the end, we point out the further direction and emphasis of decision-mak- ing support service to provide references for libraries to carry out related services. The service provides not only a reliable strategic planning basis for the university, but also promotes the transformation and devel- opment of library.
