摘　　要：中国的经济发展奇迹是全世界关注的焦点问题,但已有研究大多从西方经济学理论出发对其进行研究和解释。本文从中国特色社会主义政治经济学的视角,阐述了高等教育出版社版《中国特色社会主义政治经济学》教科书中"社会主义经济发展"篇对中国特色社会主义经济发展理论新的探索和构建,包括:对马克思恩格斯经济增长和经济发展理论的深度挖掘;对中国经济高速增长的政治经济学解释;对中国特色社会主义经济发展实质的科学认识;对中国独特经济发展战略、独特经济发展方式和独特经济发展道路的接力探索;对绿色发展的探索形成;实体经济和虚拟经济关系的正确处理;对城乡一体化发展新格局的加快构建等。The miracle of China＇s economic growth and economic development is the fo- cus of the world, but most of existing researches are from the view of the western mac- roeconomics. In this paper, from the view of Chinese characteristic socialist political economics, we expounds the points of this issue from the Chapter ＇China＇s economic growth and economic development~ of Chinese Characteristic Socialist Political Eco- nomics published by Higher Education Press. The main points are digging deep into Ma- rx and Engels＇ theory of economic growth and economic development; the explanation for China＇s rapid economic growth in the view of Chinese characteristic socialist political economics; elaborate the essence and mode of economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics; continuous exploration of the economic development strategy, mode and path with Chinese characteristics; exploration and formation of green development concept; correctly handle the relationship between real economy and virtual economy; accelerating the construction of a new pattern of urban and rural integration, etc.
