摘 要:在电动汽车调速系统优化设计中,为了提高其运行效率,扩展调速范围,改善抗负载扰动能力,根据永磁同步电机的数学模型,提出全速度范围的永磁同步电机控制策略,在基速以下采用最大转矩电流比控制,基速以上采用加入交直轴电压和转速反馈的弱磁控制策略。仿真结果表明,最大转矩电流比控制策略能够有效减小定子电流,降低定子铜耗。弱磁控制能够提高电机的调速范围,使电机平稳进入弱磁区域,且对外部扰动有很强的鲁棒性,从而验证上述控制策略具有良好的调速性能。In the speed control system of electric vehicle optimization design,in order to improve the operating efficiency,extend speed range and improve anti load disturbance ability,according to the mathematical model of IPMSM,a control strategy with full range of speed is proposed in the paper.MTPA control was adopted under base speed,and field-weakening control strategy with ac-dc shaft voltage and speed feedback was adopted over base speed.Simulation results show that the MTPA strategy can effectively reduce the stator current and reduce stator copper loss.Weak magnetic control can improve the speed range of the motor,make the motor turn into the weak magnetic field reposefully,and has strong robustness to external disturbance,so that the control strategy has good speed regulation performance.
