摘  要:在提高双凸极电机性能的研究中,针对电机的定转子结构优化能够使电机的性能得到有效提高。由于新型轴承磁通双凸极永磁电机具有内外定转子结构,传统的结构优化方法具有一定的局限性。通过磁路法,得到对磁链和定位力矩其关于磁阻和磁密的表达式,提出内外定转子不等高优化策略。并采用有限元法对以上优化策略进行分析与验证。再对优化后的电机电磁特性进行有限元仿真分析。仿真结果表明,内外定转子不等高优化方法能够有效的提高电机电磁特性,为轴向磁通电机提供了一种新的优化思路。Optimizing the structure of stator and rotor can efficiently improve the performances of motor.Due to the fact that the novel axial flux doubly salient pole permanent magnet motor(AFDSPM) has the inner and outer of stator and rotor,traditional optimization method for improving the performance is of limited efficiency.Based on the magnetic circuit method,two formulas of flux and cogging torque with respect to reluctance and magnetic density were obtained.Meanwhile,the optimization method of the inner and outer of stator and rotor with unequal height was proposed.Then,the finite element method was employed to analyze and verify the above strategy.According the simulation results of the electromagnetic characteristics of the optimized motor,the effectiveness of the developed approach was verified.This method provides a novel direction to optimize the axial flux motor.
